So, you’ve answered all your pre-sales questions and you’ve made sure you satisfy all the prerequisites, and you’re ready to purchase Matador Jobs Pro. Now what? Let’s explain the process for you.
Select Your Plan
First up, you’ll want to add your selected plan to the cart.
- Visit the Matador Jobs Pro pricing page to select your plan.
- Under the option of your choice, click Buy Now.
Not sure? It’s easy to upgrade (or downgrade) to a different subscription plan for Matador Jobs Pro, so don’t sweat accidentally picking the wrong plan.
Complete Checkout
Now complete the rest of the checkout screen, including providing your contact information and credit card. Take note of the following tips/tricks:
The Purchaser Should Be the End-User
The person checking out should be a representative of the end user, not a developer or agency. This is so that annual renewals are processed to the end user and not the developer/agency and so that the end user can easily log in and access account details should they need to reach out to Matador Software for support after the developer/agency completes their work and moves on.
Use a Generic or Team Email Address
The email address used for the account should be a generic or team email address instead of an individual’s email address. For example, team@your-company.com is preferable to john.smith@your-company.com. This is so that if a person leaves the company the leadership can still access the Matador Jobs account.
One of the single greatest frustrations for users is recovering an account from a person who no longer works with the company (and/or is the web development agency that set up the site). This often requires a team member at Matador to manually perform the actions. Save your self or your successor trouble and use generic contact info when possible.
Company Name Required
We are required by our agreements with Bullhorn to know the end-user Company that is using Matador. This has several benefits for all parties including to ensure there is synergy in the support apparatus between us, Bullhorn Support, and you. Once again, we discourage agencies from purchasing Matador on behalf of end users for this reason.
VAT Number Required for EU-based Purchasers
A VAT number is required for our EU-based buyers.
Other
You must accept our Terms and Conditions. You may further opt-in to our newsletter, where we send release notices and other helpful tips.
Checkout
When you’ve finished filling out the form, click Complete Checkout to process your payment and record your order.
After Checkout
You will be redirected to a Purchase Confirmation page following the completion of your order. From this page you can:
- Download a PDF Invoice/Receipt for your records.
- Save your Matador Jobs Pro license key
- Access a download of Matador Jobs Pro
Meanwhile, you’ll be sent two emails.
- One contains your user id and password for MatadorJobs.com. This allows you to manage your subscription including cancelling or upgrading it, access license keys, and access invoices.
- A second email contains your purchase receipt, license key, and download link (this is a duplicate of the Purchase Confirmation page).
