In the event spam bots have found a way to bypass your resume requirement, this is an added layer of validation to stave off spam submissions. This comes with a few caveats:
- You must require resume on ALL application forms.
- Since the form in the Matador Jobs Pro – Contact Form Extension is technically (behind the scenes) a modified application form, this code will break that extension.
