By default, Matador will create URLs with the jobs slug before each job, taxonomy archive, and term. This ensures there are no conflicts with other taxonomies, like for instance, the default taxonomy “Category” for WordPress posts.
If you’d like to remove the jobs slug from in front of the taxonomy name, you can pass this filter a false. Passing this filter any other value, will result in a true, which maintains default behavior.
