Bullhorn Lead Form Extension Settings

This article is for Matador Jobs Pro All-Access Subscribers who install the Matador Jobs Pro Bullhorn Lead Form Extension only.

Upon activation, a new Settings tab will be added to your Matador Jobs Settings screen. Access it in WordPress Admin > Matador Jobs > Settings and clicking on the “Lead Form” tab.

There are three sections in that settings tab: General Settings, Form Settings, and Notification Settings.

General Settings

Sync Lead Form Inquiries to Bullhorn: allows you to turn on or off the automatic sync of the lead form responses to Bullhorn. When off, you can screen and selectively sync each response from the Submissions found under WordPress Admin > Matador Jobs > Submissions.

Lead Form Bullhorn Entity: Choose the entity you wish to save the Lead form responses into. The Bullhorn Lead entity available to Bullhorn Enterprise accounts after enablement while the ClientContact entity is available to all Bullhorn users. The ClientContact Entity requires a Company for each entry which can be defined in the settings below or by providing a required “Company” field on the form.

Create or Assign “Company”: Select whether a Company is created by form responses (if the Company field on the form is set) or if the Company value is assigned to a pre-defined “holding Company.” Some users prefer to filter all Lead Form responses through a single imaginary Company value. Best practice, however, is to create a company from form data.

Default “Company”: Select a company to act as a fallback or the assignment company for the previous setting. This is populated with actual values from your Bullhorn account once per day.

Form Settings

Lead Form Fields: Select the default fields to show in a lead form. These are overwritten by shortcode arguments and then by developer filters.

Lead Form “Thank You” Page: Select whether to show a “Thank You” message on the same page as the lead form by choosing “Generate a Thank You Page” or select a WordPress page where success form submissions should be redirected to.

Notifications Settings

Send Notification to User: Select whether a copy of the form submission should be emailed to the user submitting the form. It is sent to the email address from the form values. In the event no email address is processed, no confirmation is sent.

Send Notifications to Admin: Enter email addresses, separated by commas, for company representatives who will receive an email copy of the form submission.
